Once you have placed your order Frill will contact you via email to confirm the details of your order, delivery details and to request payment. We accept payment via Paypal, cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to Frill and send to:

By clicking the ‘place order’ button to submit your order on the screen you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.
A binding contract is formed when we receive full payment from you. Any cancellation of the order after this time is subject to the terms of our refund policy. Please see our refund policy below for more information.
We have made every effort to display all our jewellery as accurately as possible. As colours and images vary depending on your monitor and browser we are unable to guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. Dimensions and colours have been described as accurately as possible.
To order goods you must be least 18 years of age.
Frill reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.
We aim to deliver within 14 days from receipt of order. Our collections are all handmade made & made to order. We will contact you to confirm receipt of order, to collect payment and advise of expected delivery date. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of deliver to return the goods to Frill via Royal Mail Special Delivery for a full refund. Only if the goods are returned in the condition sent shall a full refund be given. Frill does not refund postage costs accept if an item is deemed faulty on delivery, please see faulty goods policy below.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings unless deemed faulty on delivery please see our faulty goods policy below.
Bespoke Goods (which include collection pieces with variations from the standard i.e alternative colours, size or material etc)
Frill cannot offer refunds on any bespoke goods
Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us via email within 3 days of delivery. The goods must be sent back to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery the cost of which Frill will reimburse you. The goods will be fixed and returned or replacement pieces sent within 7 days. If you do not inform us within the above time frame we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We do not supply or sell customers details to any outside organisation. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
If for any reason you would like to make a complaint about any aspect of the Frill service please send an email to the Director of the company Emma Gore emma@frilldesigns.co.uk noting ‘complaint’ in the subject heading and she will contact you within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve any issue that you may have.
Frill does not accept any responsibility for any Web site not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
