All items are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail First Class. Frill recommends that you choose the Special Delivery option because all items are insured. Frill cannot be liable for any lost packages.

Once we have received your order we will contact you via email to advise of the actual delivery cost of your order, estimated delivery times and request for payment.
Goods will only be despatched when full payment is received and cleared. Clearance of cheques and postal orders normally takes 3 workings days.
